Shipping information

We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, including:

• Isle of Man
• Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
• Scottish Highlands & Islands

UK shipping

• Standard Delivery: £3.99
• Free Delivery: On orders over £80
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

Please note: Deliveries to remote and offshore areas — such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Northern Ireland — may require an additional 1-2 business days.

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

UK shipping restrictions

We do not ship to:

• BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
• P.O. Box addresses

Ensure a valid UK residential or business address is provided at checkout.

International shipping

We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. International rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and package size.

Please contact us before placing your order for a personalised shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe.

All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to:

• Severe weather
• Customs (for international orders)

Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an eligible item for a refund for change of mind within 30 days of order shipment.

Return conditions

You must meet all the following conditions to request a return for change of mind:

• You request a refund for change of mind within 30 days from the date your order is marked as shipped (fulfilled).
• The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered.
• The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact.
• None of the exceptions below apply.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind for product that are damaged or no longer in their original condition.

How to return to us

1. Login to our returns portal here.
2. We will email you a returns form and a returns label.
3. Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like, as long as it is secure.
4. Print the returns form and place this inside your return parcel, and your return label and secure to the parcel. Or you can take the QR code we provide to you to the drop-off point, and they will print it for you.
5. Take your parcel to any drop-off point within 14 days of initiating your return.
6. Your return will be processed, and you will receive the return amount to the same payment method used when placing your order, within 14 days of us receiving the items back.

Cost of delivery for returns

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We do not provide free returns unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You may use our provided returns label, and the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.
• Alternatively, you can choose your own secure and trackable shipping method at your own expense.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, please contact us at the contact details set out below. You may have rights under UK Consumer Laws, in addition to your right of return for change of mind.
